Our Mission

Capital Partners is passionate about investing in small business. Our goal is to create and preserve jobs, while actively fostering the growth, expansion, and modernization of small businesses.

How do we make this happen?

We do this by partnering with financial institutions to offer an impressive 90% financing option to small businesses seeking to acquire or refinance fixed assets such as real estate, buildings, machinery, and equipment.

With the SBA 504 Loan Program, small businesses take advantage of a low down payment, which helps preserve valuable working capital. Additionally, they benefit from a below-market, long-term fixed interest rate that enables them to plan for the future and stabilize their costs.
