An appraisal and an environmental review are required on each real estate property.

These reports are ordered by the Lender and shared with Capital Partners CDC. Once ordered, reports can take 3 – 4 weeks to be completed.

Upon receipt, Capital Partners CDC will review the reports and forward to the SBA for their decisioning.

Appraisal and Environmental Reports can be forwarded to the SBA with the loan application, or the application can be approved “subject to the receipt and approval” of these reports. Discuss the timing with your Lender and Capital Partners’ BDO.
